Township Committee
Established in 1845 when it was created from Kingwood Township, Franklin Township's affairs are managed by a five person Committee, one of whom serves as mayor and another as Deputy Mayor.
The Franklin Township Committee members are:

The Township Committee meets the second and fourth Thursdays of each month at 7:30 pm. Committee meetings are held at the Municipal Building, 202 Sidney Road, Pittstown, NJ 08867.
It is the policy of Franklin Township to provide reasonable accommodations for persons with disabilities, with advance notification of need. Persons requiring accommodations should call the Franklin Township Municipal Building at 908-735-5215 at least 72 hours prior to the meeting. Otherwise it may not be possible to accomodate them.
